Return Policy

RX SLEEVE’S Refund & Exchange Policy
 
RETURNS:
* A 15% Restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
* Standard Models Only (Non-Returnable orders are: An order with a “Custom Hole” or a “Special Request”).
* Sealed Packages - Each model is shipped in a tamperproof bag with a protection seal.
* Return Shipping Fees & Tracking will be paid by the customer.
* Please contact sales@rxsleeve.com to return your product.
 
EXCHANGES:
* Custom Hole models returned in the original sealed tamperproof bag are exchangeable.
* Sealed Packages - Each model is shipped in a tamperproof bag with a protection seal.
* If the model you are returning is priced higher than the model you would like to exchange, a credit will be applied with your credit card company.
* If the model you are returning is priced less than the model you would like in exchange, an invoice will be sent to you for the additional fee.
* Customer will pay an additional shipping fee of $15 for the exchanged model to be mailed. 
* Return Shipping Fees & Tracking will be paid by the customer.
* Please contact sales@rxsleeve.com to return your product.
 
 
UNRETURNABLE:
RX SLEEVE will not accept any packages that:
* Are opened in any form
* Have any broken safety seals 
* Have been cut on the sides, top or bottom
* Show evidence that the product has been touched by human hands
* "Special Request" models such as Complete Custom made, or custom modified.
 
 
Note:
Products are shipped in United States Postal Service (USPS) branded padded packaging.  Inside is a RX SLEEVE internal package, with the contents of your order.
All models are placed in a clear sealed bag with the RX SLEEVE logo.  
You will be able to feel the weight, view the coloring, see the size and squeeze the softness of the product without opening the bag.
No exceptions will be made for opened models.
